This AI-assisted review tool helps physicians reach prior-authorization decisions faster without taking the human out of the loop. A two-week proof of concept earned 4× its scope and a funding review.
Workflow Mapping
Mapped how seven distributed teams inside one health plan actually work, then scored every pain point by how widely it surfaced. The 50 that reached leadership came ranked by evidence, not by whoever argued loudest.

Grounded in discovery with the fourteen internal teams doing the work, this Salesforce Community gave the financial advisors of two newly merged wealth management firms one place to submit and track their service requests.
